Beautifully renovated old cottage well equipped warm and comfortable.

We loved the character of the property and it had a homely feel. The courtyard garden was very pretty, with stunning views. The location was excellent, with beautiful places to walk and 2 good pubs.

It could have been cleaner. No nice toiletries, which is unusual for a property of this standard, only three hand wash soap dispensers, two of which did not work, and we had to buy extra toilet paper.

Charming, cosy, quintessentially Dales cottage in the the heart of the village. The log burner was so welcoming after long wintry walks and the garden would be a lovely sun trap if you get the weather. Three pubs / restaurants within two minutes walk of the front door and access to miles of wonderful hikes too so you can forget the car.

May be a bit of a squeeze for four adults particularly as the only shower is an en suite (the roll top bath in the second bathroom seemed a missed opportunity) though as there were only two of us that's an observation not a criticism.
